Can children fly?
From the age of 10, accompanied by an adult – one adult is enough. Ages 6–10 on a case-by-case basis; children 140 cm or taller can see out of the basket more easily. Children up to 14 pay the child price.
Who cannot fly?
- children under 6 (between 6 and 10 we decide case by case),
- anyone who is pregnant or may be pregnant,
- anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs or sedating medication,
- anyone whose health does not allow it. We may ask for a medical certificate.
What do I need to be able to do?
- Climb in and out unaided – you step over the edge of the basket.
- Stand for about an hour – there is something to hold on to, but no seats.
- Walk a short way over uneven ground if needed – the landing site is often a meadow or a field.
- Hold on with bent knees when landing – it feels roughly like jumping off a low chair.
When should I check with you first?
If you have had recent surgery or a fracture, have serious back, neck, hip or knee problems, a heart or circulatory condition or epilepsy – talk to your doctor and call Dalma before ordering. Please also tell us about a strong fear of heights; we’ll help.
Is there an upper age limit?
No. If you meet the points above, you can fly at any age – many grandparents receive a flight as a gift.
Can I bring my dog?
No pets, please – the sound of the burner frightens them.
